The LHM Team welcomes Joy, our new social media lead
Having been with LHM for over four years we say farewell and good luck to Sam Jones as he leaves us to start a new path in self employment. He has been an amazing social media and website lead taking LHM from a few thousand followers to 22 thousand. He has worked tirelessly to get the LHM support message out to members and to raise a greater awareness of LHM and the needs of our members’ thank you Sam.
Fortunately although Sam is leaving his current role he will be working with us for two days each week on a freelance basis, planning and building the voice of the members to be used throughout the 30th anniversary year in 2024. Keep your stories coming.
Taking on the role of our new social media lead is Joy Ilori. We can’t wait for you to see Joy’s work in the coming months but for now here is a message from the newest member of the LHM family;
“Hello everyone, my name is Joy, it’s a pleasure to join the LHM family and I’m looking forward to connecting with you all very soon.”
“I recently graduated from university and I’m excited about taking this next step in my life, working for such a fantastic cause to help provide support and information to the half a heart community.”
“In my previous role as a welfare officer, I discovered a genuine passion to help others, and I will be bringing this passion forward to my social media role at LHM.”
“In my free time, I love to design and solve puzzles, go swimming and learning new languages!”
