BOWLING IN BIRMINGHAM, taking place on Saturday 5th April 2025 – Sunday 6th April 2025

Applications open 19th January and close 10th March

There are two types of places to apply for with the SVH Adult activity weekender.
One is for a day attendee; another is for an overnight attendee- therefore, please specify which one you are applying for on your application.

– Day attendees will attend the educational workshop, have refreshments, and attend the bowling activity in the evening with a meal; before making their own way home.

– Overnight attendees will attend the educational workshop, have refreshments, attend the bowling activity in the evening with a meal, and the overnight stay in the hotel with breakfast on the Sunday before departure.

• If you do not have online access or have difficulty with computers, please call the office number if you would like help to complete the application.

A more informative breakdown of the weekender will be given to successful applicants.

For the sake of communication and getting relevant information to you, please make sure the contact details we have for you are up to date as we begin to step away from mass mail outs and move more towards digital methods of communication such as social media and emails. Failure to do this may result in you not receiving communication, event information and other news.

You understand that once your place has been confirmed, you must notify Sharna via email as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. LHM will try to allocate the place to another member on the waiting list. If you do not inform us there may be a charge for your unused place.(Required)

Travel bursaries will be available for anyone who may need financial support with travel, funds are limited so please apply as soon as you submit an application form.
