LHM Online Open Day & AGM 2023

FreeWe are delighted to invite all of our members to the Little Hearts Matter Online Open Day & Annual General Meeting. This is an online event taking place on Saturday 22nd April 2023, 10:00 AM – 6PM. The focus of the conference is helping LHM members to understand current treatments and challenges. 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Youth Zone Lifestyle Workshops
Little Hearts Matter’s youth leader Alexia Katsaitis will be running three workshops – each lasting one hour. These sessions are interactive and for youth members to get involved, the sessions will run on a separate zoom link to the main open day, please specify on the form below if you wish to attend a workshop.

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM Maggie Simpson
Maggie Simpson, Heart Failure Advanced Nurse Practitioner in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. joins us to present on the stages and treatments of heart failure, and the role of a heart failure nurse.
4:00 PM – 4:45 PM – Adult Panel
The aim of the adult panel is to let the LHM audience of parents, adults with SVH’s and professionals seek a greater understanding of what living as an adult with half a heart means. It is a relaxed session where adult members answer questions posted by the audience.
