Big Hearted Friday is back!
Since last February’s Big Hearted Fundraising, up to 500 families in the UK will have received a diagnosis of a single ventricle heart condition.
Little Hearts Matter continues to see a growing demand for its support services and as a self-funded charity we need your help to ensure that we are here when needed most in 2025.
What: Big Hearted Friday.
When: Friday 7th February 2025.
Where: At home, at nursery or playgroup, in school, at work or in any community group.
Who: You, your little one and your family’s army of supporters.
Why: To raise awareness of what it means to live with half a heart, allow others to show their support and help empower your loved one living with a single ventricle heart.

How to get involved
Wear Red and Blue
Ditch the uniform or usual colours and wear red and blue to show your Big Hearted support! We suggest a £2-£5 donation to take part.
Big Hearted Bake
Bake and sell heart shaped goodies this Big Hearted Friday. Why not add a competitive side to your baking and hold a Big Hearted Bake Off?
Big Hearted Games
Make Big Hearted Friday fun with some games. Get different classes or teams to set up a game each e.g. guess how many sweets in the jar.
Big Hearted Raffle
Hosting a raffle is a fun and simple way to raise funds! Ask parents or work colleagues to donate a raffle prize (or members of staff) and sell tickets on the day

Unleash your creativity! Gather your group—whether it’s a class, team, family, or community—and make handmade hearts of all shapes and sizes to sell
